Exchange & Return Policy
Due to hygiene purposes, all sales are considered final and are not eligible for exchange and/or returns.
DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT ITEMS
If you have received a defective/incorrect item from us, please email us at admin@chaenoir.com within 5 days of receiving the order. Please include the following information in your email:
- Order number
- Photo proof
Please note that any damages to the packaging will not be accepted for exchange and/or returns.
Shipping Policy
We currently only ship locally in Singapore.
All packages will be mailed out via courier delivery at a flat rate of $5 per package for orders below S$60.
We offer free shipping on all orders above S$60.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Singapore within 24 hours after order has been placed. Once a package has been picked up by our courier company, it will generally take 1-3 working days to be delivered. Please take note that delivery lead times are just an estimate.
